摘要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 论文题目：压疮的预防护理 （西安广播电视大学直属分校11级护理本科，陕西省西安市710100） 摘要：随着基础医学研究的深入，近十年来，国内外对压疮的认识和防治有许多共同之处，但对病因及防治存在差异，提出压疮“防大于治”，只有以病人为中心，防治有效结合，才能取地理想的进展如何预防和早期发现压疮，以及对已发生的压疮进行良好的护理。 方法：调查员统一培训后，对被调查人员采用逐一查阅220 分病历和护理记录资料，统计发生压疮患者的数目，对采取的措施和疗效做总结分析。 结果：本组220 例患者中一共有75 例发生压疮，发生率34.09%，经过临床悉心护理痊愈者或得到控制者69 例，占压疮总人数的92.0%，最终因压疮死亡6 例，占8.0%。结论：压疮在ICU 病房发生率较高，其原因是多方面的，通过良好的预防评价和有效护理措施可以减少该病的发生和改善预后。 结论：压疮在ICU 病房发生率较高，其原因是多方面的，通过良好的预防评价和有效护理措施可以减少该病的发生和改善预后。 关键词：?压疮：预防：护理 论文类型：应用研究 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT VI PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Title: method of nursing in prophylaxis of bedsore Abstract: With the deepening of the basic medical research, in the past decade, the knowledge of bedsore had many in common. But there are many differences on the causes and prevention of bedsore. It is prevention of bedsore that was more important than treatment . Taking the patient as the centre and combining prevention and treatment together were the guarantees of early detection and good care of bedsore. Methods: After investigators unified training, they consulted medical and nursing records data refer of 220 patients. Then they count the number of patients with bedsore. At last, they analysed take measures and curative effect. Results: There were 75 cases of patients with bedsore in 220 patients. The proportion was 34.09%. After good care,69 patients recovered or get controlled. The proportion was 92%. 6 patients were dead. The proportion was 8%. Conclusion: The incidence of bedsore in ICU was higher than any other department. THE reasons were various. But the evaluation of good prevention and effective nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of the disease and improve prognosis.
