I, the undersigned, a participant of the Nepal Volunteers Council (NVC) Program, attest that I have chosen to enter into the NVC Program of my own free will, and I have done so with the intent of personal, educational, cultural enrichment. Thus, I agree with the terms and conditions stated in this document. 1.我是已在相关合同上签字，已经是尼泊尔志愿者协会的成员，在此证明我按照我自己的意愿进入NVC，为了个人的成长，教育和文化的丰富。因此，我同意这篇文件里阐述的的所有条款。 2. I understand that I am able to take care of my personal belongings and valuables including but not limited to money, jewelleries and other things. Further, I have notified my parents/guradians about my participation in the NVC program and got their permission. 2.我明白我应当妥善保管属于我个人的财物。这些财物不仅仅只限于金钱，珠宝，它包括任何有价值的东西。还有我的父母或者监护人已获知并允许我参加NVC。 3. I understand and agree to work the entire period stated on my Placement Confirmation Letter. I will follow and adhere to any rules and regulations regarding the program and established by the volunteer coordinator. 3.我明白我会完成在申请表上我承诺的期限。我会遵守该机构制定的任何规章制度。 4. I understand that the NVC Program fee includes: Placement with the fully screened Employer (Schools, Colleges,Orphanages, Monastery or in the community etc.), Placement in the fully screened host family or in the Residence Hall, Full Accommodation and 2 Meals in the Morning and Night per day, Welcome (Arrival) and Departure Escorts to Airport, Arrival Orientation, [Nepalese culture, language and Eastern Philosophy classes –Optional], 24 Hour Emergency Services, Regular Visit to the Work sight and the host family by the Program Coordinator. 4.我明白NVC的项目费用包括:对志愿者的筛选成本（申报的学校，学院，孤儿院，修道院和社区项目等），在经过严格筛选的寄宿家庭或者我们租用宿舍的住宿费用，每天早上和晚上的两餐费用。机场接送费，到达后的生活方面的帮助，自愿选择学习尼泊尔文化、语言、东方哲学相关费用。24小时紧急服务，以及定期的跟随项目负责人到项目工作现场和寄宿家庭参观的相关成本费用。 5. I understand that the NVC Program fee does not include: Visa Application Fees, Airfare, Airport Taxes, Insur
