PAGE 1 PAGE 1 北京市城市污水资源化的成功探索与启示 张荣辉 方先金 杭世珺 冯运玲 北京市市政工程设计研究总院 摘要 本文从北京市所拥有的水资源量、污水量及污水回用量等水的平衡系统出发，重点结合高碑店污水处理厂处理水资源化再利用工程的实际，全面、系统地阐述了污水资源化实施过程中的关键环节及对改善北京市生态环境、促进水资源合理利用、缓解北京市水资源供需矛盾所具有的重要意义。该污水回用工程是世界上较大的回用工程，它开创了北京市城市污水资源化领域的新纪元，并为污水资源化技术在全国的推广与实施奠定了良好的基础，本文重点论述如下问题： （1）通过对北京市污水资源化发展历程的回顾，论述污水资源化客观上的必要性及技术、经济的可行性。 （2）高碑店污水处理厂处理水资源化再利用工程日处理规模为47万立方米，回用水用户类别为工业、农业及市政杂用等。本文以该工程为例，论述如下污水资源化实施过程中的关键环节。 （3）借鉴国内外经验并结合北京市的实际情况，提出北京市污水资源化发展思路。 project implement Successfully for MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER REUSE OF BEIJING Ronghui Zhang Xianjin Fang Shijun Hang Yunling Feng Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design Research InstituteAbstract Starting with the water balance system of water resources Beijing possesses, wastewater quantities and reuse quantities as well as combining mainly with the Effluent Reuse Project of Gaobeidian Wastewater Treatment Plant (ERPGWTP), the key links of wastewater reuse implementation are expatiated comprehensively and systemically in this paper. It has also discussed the significance of improving Beijing city environment, accelerating reasonable use of water resources as well as alleviating the contradiction between water supply and demand. ERPGWTP is one of the larger water reuse project in the world. It inaugurates a new era in the municipal wastewater reuse field of Beijing. To sum up, issues dissertated in this paper are as follows: Dissertate the objective necessity as well as the technical and economical feasibility of wastewater reuse through reviewing the municipal wastewater reuse development course of Beijing. The design capacity of ERPGWTP is 470,000 m3/d. The reclaimed water consumers are industrial, agricultural and miscellaneous municipal. In this text, taking the above project as example, the following key links during the implementation of wastewater reuse are discussed.
