- PAGE I - （20 届） 本科毕业设计 固体废物中有机磷农药的测定气相色谱-火焰光度检测器法 Determination of Organophosphorous Pesticides in Solid Waste by Gas Chromatography-Flame photometric detector 所在学院 专业班级 化学 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 固体废物中有机磷农药的测定 气相色谱-火焰光度检测器法 PAGE 8 PAGE 9 摘　要 【摘要】建立了采用快速溶剂萃取仪（ASE）提取，气相色谱-火焰光度检测器（GC-FPD）同时检测固体废物中甲拌磷、二嗪农、乙拌磷、异稻瘟净、乐果、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、对硫磷、稻丰散、丙溴磷、乙硫磷等 12种有机磷农药的方法。固废样品与无水硫酸钠混合后，用二氯甲烷、丙酮 (1:1，V /V)在ASE上以1500psi、100℃的条件提取5 min，提取样经SPF净化后检测。本方法对20g固废样品中12种有机磷的回收率是62.8%~100.9%，检出限为0.0001~0.0002mg/kg。该方法提取效率高、萃取时间短、溶剂用量少，与传统提取方法相比具有绝对优势，是一种高效、快速、灵敏且使用范围广的方法。 【关键词】加速溶剂萃取；气相色谱；有机磷农药；固体废物 Determination of Organophosphorous Pesticides in Solid Waste by Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector 【ABSTRACT】 Using of ASE as the extraction method and analyzing with GC-FPD have established to determine the organophosphorous pesticides residues in solid waste, including Phorate, Diazinon, Disulfoton, Kitazine, Rogor, Chlorpyrifos, Parathion-methyl, Malathion, Parathion, Phenthoate, Profenofos, Ethion. After mixing the solid waste and anhydrous sodium sulfates, The extraction was carried out by using the mixture solvents of acetone and dichloromethane (V:V =1:1) in the condition of 1500psi at 100°C on ASE for 5 min, and then measured and purified by the SPF. The rate of recovery of twelve organophosphorous pesticides reached 62.8~100.9% and the detection limitation was 0.0001~0.0002mg/kg.
