The insurance company not only is fixed on the demand of the office workers, but also have strict control on the amount.Generally it applys the principle of fixed personnel, fix position, fixed arrangement. If the contract expires,someone who is eliminated or leaves office automatically will be immediately filled up. On the other hand, the insurance company are in great demand for field staff who bearing the expanding of insurance business. In the insurance company, field staff belong to the first line business personnel.
