In the present economic situation, the international market is difficult to predict, financing difficult, guarantee difficult restricted the development of small and middle-sized enterprises primary factors, establish and perfect the credit guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China to solve the difficulty in financing of important breakthrough. This paper briefly introduces the financial constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the credit guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprise financing support, from ningbo small and medium-sized enterprise financing guarantee system status quo, analysis of the shortcomings of the construction of the citys guarantee system, and with Chinas reality.
