PAGE 应用多媒体让英语教学更具效率 Applying Multimedia to Make English Teaching More Effective 姓 名: 钟 丽 萍 专 业： 英 语 指导老师：杨 丽 娇 时 间：2010. 11. 10 应用多媒体让英语教学更具效率 摘要：传统的英语教学方式在新课程改革的潮流下已显得力不从心。多媒体术的普及为英语教学带来了新的希望，而这种新的教学工具在广大教师队伍中大受欢迎。本文旨在说明如何应用多媒体技术来提高英语教学的效率，更好的实现素质教育。论文分析了传统教学方式的不足，阐述了多媒体技术的概念，还详细分析了多媒体技术的优点。文章不仅从学生心理特征和多媒体技术自身的的特点等方面讨论了多媒体技术在英语教学中的先进性,还对多媒体技术在英语教学中给教师带来的便利作了详细的说明，同时辩证地分析了多媒体技术的不足，让教师在教学过程中能趋利避害，从而更加有效地应用多媒体技术。文章最后通过一个教学实例来说明多媒体技术在英语教学中的有效应用，最终说明多媒体技术的介入提高了英语课堂的效率。 关键词:英语教学　传统教学法　多媒体技术　 多媒体教学 Applying Multimedia to Make English Teaching More Effective Abstract: With the development of new course reformation, the Traditional Teaching Methods of English can’t follow the rapid development any more. The Multimedia Technology is widely used in teaching, which brings a new hope for English teaching and it is very popular with most teachers. The aim of this paper is to explain how to apply Multimedia to make English teaching more effective. To achieve Quality Education, this paper gives analysis on disadvantages of the Traditional Teaching Methods of English, explains the concept of Multimedia technology and describes its advantages in detail. It not only discusses the characteristics of Multimedia in English Teaching from the students’ psychological characteristics and the characteristics of the technology itself, but also investigates the conveniences in teaching process which is brought by Multimedia. At the same time, the study analyses the disadvantages of Multimedia Technology so that teachers can obtain the advantages and avoid the disadvantages during their teaching process. At last, with an English Teaching Case, it can be concluded that applying Multimedia can make English teaching more effective.
