Heads Hotel Executive Policy Procedure 政策和程序 POLICY STATEMENT 政策声明： 苏州太高尔酒店工程部所有人员均制定了岗位职责 Objective目的： 明确该职位人员的责任与义务 PROCEDURES 程序： Job Summary/ 岗位概述 To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition 接受工程部安排的维修任务，以高效率、低成本的工作方式对酒店的中央空调系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。 Duties Responsibilities/职责义务 To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety. 按照既定的政策和法规、工作程序与标准、消防规范执行上级安排的工作。 To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturers recommendations 按照工程师的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养。 To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure 在紧急情况下执行应急程序 To familiar with the HVAC system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement 熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行 To attend on the job training 积极参加岗位培训 To practice GSS during course of duty 在工作中按照对客服务满意标准的要求服务客人 To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort. 满足客人的需要，及时有效地解决客人的投诉，避免为客人造成不便和不适 To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement 在能源节约和设备改良方面进行探索和实践，积极向工程师提出合理化建议 To perform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer, Asst.
