The lichen Graphidaceae were reported 4 subfamily, more than 50 genera, 2000 species around the world, mainly distrbuted in tropical and subtropical regions. In China, most studies on the lichen Graphidaceae are focus on Yunnan, Taiwan, Hainan, Guangdong, Hong Kong and other southern coastal areas, while the study from Guangdong and its neighboring provinces located in the southeast hilly region is relatively scattered, not enough system. More than 300 speciesmens deposited in Lichen Section of Botanical Herbarium, Shandong Normal University (SDNU) and in Lichen Section of Botanical Herbarium, Liaocheng University college of life science (LCU-L), are comprehensive studied with multiply methods including morphology, anatomy and chemistry. In this thesis, 5 genus 26 species are reported, including Diorygma Eschw 2 species, Dyplolabia A.Massal 1 specie, Graphis Adans. 19 species, Leiorreuma Eschw. 1 species and Phaeographis Müll. Arg. 1 specie. In these species, one specie is new to science and one specie new to China with a series of photos of the important characters. New to sicence: Graphis maomingensis M.Z. Yang, sp. nov. New to China: Graphis subdisserpens Nyl. This is the first time to report species and local distribution of the lichen Graphidaceae from Guangdong and its neighboring provinces. A key to genus of the 5 genus and the key to species of 26 species with detail descriptions and discussions of related species is given. This study provides many HD pictures enriched the basic data for Lichen Virtual Herbarium. This research completes the distribution of Graphidaceae in China, provides data to Flora Lichenum Sinicorum of former research, and ma
