ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The task of writing a thesis is more manageable when one receives the assistance and support of others. Therefore, before I present my thesis, I wish to acknowledge with gratitude the assistance for all the people who have offered help to me during my writing of the thesis, and the contribution of each of these people has been invaluable. Many linguists, from different perspectives, have sudied on it. The most important characteristic of “Hao Bu AP” is that it has two different meanings: an affirmative sense and a negative sense.
