成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 1 1 中文摘要 目的：以退行性膝关节炎为主要研究对象,探讨和客观评价关节活络散 结合塞来昔布胶囊治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。 方法：临床收集 90 例退行性膝关节炎患者，随机分组,中西药组给予 内服关节活络散配合塞来昔布胶囊治疗,单纯西药组给予塞来昔布胶 囊治疗, 单纯中药组给予内服关节活络散治疗,4 周为一个疗程(以塞 来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎疗程为依据)，治疗 3 个疗程,观测疗效及复发 情况。 结果：经过 6 个月的观察和随访，中西药组总有效率为 93.33％；单 纯西药组总有效率为 73.33％；单纯中药组总有效率为 73.33％。三组 有差异（P0.05）。 结论： 1.采用关节活络散辨证加减结合塞来昔布胶囊可以有效缓解疼 痛，阻止并延缓膝关节骨性关节炎的发展，保护关节及关节软骨。 2.从整体出发，辩证施治，发挥中药治疗的特点，西药快速缓解 症状，改善局部炎性反应，中西药结合可以互相取长补短，各自发挥 优势，弥补各自的不足，能有效地提高疗效，减少副作用，减轻患者 负担， 具有一定临床优势，值得临床推广使用。 关键词：退行性膝关节炎 关节活络散 塞来昔布 2 2 Abstract Objective: The thesis takes the knee osteoarthritis as the main object of study, and discusses and objectively evaluates the traditional Chinese medicine(Guanjiehuoluo San) and Celecoxib Capsules treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effects. Method: 90 examples of knee osteoarthritis patients are, clinical collected, randomized into 3 groups and obsered curative effect and recurrence situation. One group is taken traditional Chinese medicine(Guanjiehuoluo San) and Celecoxib Capsules treatment, and the second is taken Celecoxib Capsules treatment, and the third group is taken traditional Chinese medicine(Guanjiehuoluo San) treatment. A treatment courses is taken for 4 months each group, and observes 3 treatment courses are observed. Result: After 6 month-long observations and follow-up, the group of traditional Chinese medicine(Guanjiehuoluo San) and Celecoxib Capsules treatments the efficiency ratio is 93.33%, the group of Celecoxib Capsules treatments the efficiency ratio is 73.33% and the group of traditional Chinese medicine(Guanjiehuoluo San) treatments the efficiency ratio is 73.33%. The three groups have the significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Use of traditional Chinese medicine(Guanjiehuoluo San) and Celecoxib Capsules can be possible to alleviate the ache effectively, and prevent and delay knee osteoarthritis development, and protect the joint and the articular cartilage.
