论企业会计政策选择 Page PAGE 6 of NUMPAGES 19 作业成本管理及其在工程项目中的应用 摘 要 成本管理是企业永恒的管理课题，也是工程项目管理的核心内容。现阶段，我国施工企业普遍存在着成本管理水平低，成本耗费高，经济效益差的问题。施工企业要想获得更好的经济效益，赢得更大的发展，就需要借助其它管理领域的最新进展对现有的成本管理模式进行改革。作业成本管理是指企业利用作业成本计算所获得的信息进行作业管理以达到不断消除浪费实现持续改善提高客户价值并最终实现企业战略目标的一系列活动。本文围绕作业成本管理这个主题,阐述了作业成本管理相关概念、优势及其意义，探索了作业成本管理在工程项目中应用的必要性和可行性，重点分析了作业成本管理在工程项目中的应用存在的问题，提出在工程项目中能有效实施作业成本管理的建议。 关键词: 作业成本管理；工程项目；建议 WORK IN THE PROJECTCOST MANAGEMENTAND THE APPLICATION OF ABSTRACT Cost management is the management enterprise eternal topic, also is the core content of project management.
