II II RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF GUANGXI NANHUA SUGAR ABSTRACT Under the background of economic globalization, Guangxi sugar industry possesses opportunities and challenges, the development of collectivization brings the business scale advantage, but also faces risk of group management and international competition. Along with the improvement of Chinese ASEAN FTA, How Guangxi Sugar Corporation which is the main force China sugar industry to integrate the resources of sugar enterprises, use the international market and improve enterprise profession competitive becomes an important topic worthy of study. This thesis based on the current situation of Guangxi NanHua sugar, use the basic theory of strategic management, PEST and five forces analysis tools analyse the macro environment, industry environment and competitive environment. Using SWOT analysis method to study the main advantage of Guangxi Nanhua sugar industry currently owned: economies of scale, market share and good comprehensive utilization. And analyzing the main opportunities: encouraging the group scale development, the implementation of the economic development strategy of going global, Chinese CAFTA development opportunity. Then studing the main disadvantage: raw material development pressure and core competitiveness is not strong.analyzing the main threat: imports of sugar extrusion market and substitute market threats. Next, the thesis lists the SWOT matrix to Matching and choice Guangxi Nanhua group strategy and try to make the group development strategy for the next five years, to present the group hould continue to implement the overall strategy integration,and implement circular economy, actively implement cost leadership and the internation alalliance business strategies.In addition,This thesis plans some projects including Scale expansion, comprehensive utilization, technological upgrading and transnational management and put forward some
