针刺结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症18例临床效果观察 刘军桥 （海军大连滨海路干休所辽宁大连116018） 【摘 要】目的：观察分析针刺结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症36例临床疗 效。方法：随机选择2013年5月至2014年9月我院18例腰椎间盘突出症患者 釆用针刺结合推拿治疗作为观察组，另选择18例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针刺 治疗作为对照组。对比分析两组患者治疗前后VAS （目测类比评分法）、PPI （总 体现有疼痛强度）、PRI总分（疼痛分级指数）的评分以及观察组和对照组治疗后 的疗效比较。结果：在两组患者分别进行治疗后发现，观察组的VAS （目测类比 评分法）、PPI （总体现有疼痛强度）、PRI总分（疼痛分级指数）的评分明显低于 对照组的VAS （目测类比评分法）、PPI （总体现有疼痛强度）、PRI总分（疼痛分 级指数）的评分，两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）o在两组疗效的比较分析中 发现，观察组的疗效明显优于对照组且观察组有效率（97.2%）明显高于对照组有效 率（86.1%）,两组差异具有统计学意义（u=3.0139, Plt;0.05）o结论：针刺结合推 拿治疗临床效果明显高于单纯使用针刺治疗效果，且针刺结合推拿治疗大大提高 了治疗有效率，在临床上应广泛推广并广泛运用。 【关键词】针刺结合推拿；腰椎间盘突出； 【中图分类号】R242 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1004-6194 （ 2015 ） 01-0247-02 Massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation in 36 cases of clinical observation of the effect of acupuncture combined with Liu Junqiao （Navy Dalian Binhai Road Liaoning Dalian 116018） [Abstract】Objective： To observe the analysis of acupuncture combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical curative effect of 18 cases.
