前 言
为全面掌握我国城镇土地资产状况,科学评价和管理城镇土地,规范土地估价行为,统一估价程序
和方法,做到估价结果客观、公正、合理,根据 《中华人民共和国土地管理法》、《中华人民共和国城市房地
产管理法》等法律、法规的有关规定,制定本标准
本标准自实施之 日起代替原国家土地管理局 1993年批准发布的 《城镇土地估价规程)}(试行)。
本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C、附录D、附录E都是标准的附录。
本标准由国土资源部提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:国土资源部土地利用司,中国土地勘测规划院。
