Study Study on Risk Management of Overseas Oil Projects JiangRongrong(Management science and engineering) Directed by ProfDinghao Abstract With the enhancing of Chinese national power，Chinese petroleum enterprises have been OH the road to invest abroad aggressively under the guide of”going out”strategy．In the process of undertaking overseas oil projects，the importance of risk management becomes increasingly obvious in order to ensure that the projects can be carried out smoothly．It is of great significance to study overseas petroleum project risk management in reducing project relevant loss among parties and improving project SUCCESS rate．Therefore，each petroleum company engaging in overseas petroleum investment should be prepared to risk assessment and management work in overseas petroleum project． From the view of petroleum companies engaging in overseas petroleum investment，this paper identifies the risk of overseas petroleum projects fiom three levels，combining operation management mode of Chinese overseas Petroleum projects，the present situation, characteristics of overseas Petroleum projects investment in three big Petroleum companies and the problems existing in the risk management．Then it selects six dimension disequilibrium efficacy function as evaluation method to quantitatively assess the risk of overseas Petroleum project，and puts forward to related suggestions to perfect the risk management of overseas petroleum project and corresponding measures to overcome various kinds of risk that overseas petroleum projects may face In risk identification，this paper introduces the meaning，principle，process,technology k and method，ere．，ofrisk identification and uses risk breakdown structure(the method ofRBS) for classification，establishes a list ofrisk factors which provides a premise and foundation for risk analysis and risk reSponse． In risk analysis，it uses the evaluation method of six dimension disequilibrium efficacy function,combines qualitative analysis wit
