Name some famous scientists. What are they famous for? What conclusion have you drawn? What are you proud of? What leads to your success? (My cautiousness/ creativeness/ determination…leads to…) Use the library or the internet to find out about important scientists in medicine, physics, chemistry,biology, astronomy or mathematics. Prepare a talk on your chosen scientists. Remember to include some information about their life, their achievements and why they are considered important in science history. Cause of cholera: Eating food or drinking water that has been contaminated with the bacteria. Symptoms: Cholera infects people’s intestines(肠道), causing diarrhea(腹泻), vomiting(呕吐) and leg cramps(腿部抽筋). A severe case can lead to death. Sometimes cholera can be mild or even without symptoms.
