RESEARCH RESEARCH 0N GUANGX I GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT ABSTRACT Government procurement is not only an important part of the construction of public finance，but also an important means of macroeconomic regulation and control of fiscal expenditure management and government．Along with the world economic regionalization and‘the quickening globalization，to go with the tide of world development， Chinas government procurement market faces different challenges after acceding WTO．In 1 995， China began to try out the govemment procurement．This has been carded out in the nationwide since then and obtained rapid development．((The Government Procurement Law of The People’S Republic of China)) implemented on 1 st January 2003．《The Implementation regulation of government procurement law of the People’S Republic of China》 started to apply on 1st March 2015． After these years practice，Guangxi has acquired great achievements on government procurement，mainly in：the scale of govemment procurement effect significantly improved； saving a considerable amount of financial funds；and the gradual improvement of the mechanism of govemment procurement system；constantly strengthening the way of batch purchase；increasing supervision innovation in government procurement．Howeve5 the problem of”slow speed，high price and poor quality”exists in some of the government procurement projects．These problems have become hot issues concemed by all circles in China,which has，to some extend，restricted the benign development of the govemment procurement and brought bad impression to the public．Therefore，through my analysis of these problems related with the speed、price and quality,I suggest that a few things Can be done to change the current dilemma of the govemment procurement in Guangxi：The problem of“slow speed，high price with poor quality”exists in Guangxi government procurement projects．The Autonomous Regional Government should begin to change the unfavorable situation from the following
