As a combination of art and technology emerging display form of culture, 2d animation in the education teaching,movies,games,etc have been widely used in all walks of life.A person were killed and people from eight square on the sidelines scene is very common in our daily life,the script to carry forward the social moral education as the conception,the protagonist in the use of animation silly root at the scene of the accident of the psychological and behavioral responses to the social moral education.This animation using the Flash,PhotoShop design main characters and scenes, using After Effects integrate postproduction,and using imagination, exaggeration,comparison and reference forms in the process of creative to expand the propaganda of social moral education,in order to awake social morality consciousness in peoples heart.
