我国金融监管体系存在的问题及完善对策 （长春理工大学 金融工程 130022） 摘要：金融是现代经济运行的核心和枢纽，金融在国民经济社会发展中具有重要的作用。随着我国经济的发展，金融市场逐步开放，中国金融监管体系在市场经济的考验下暴露出许多问题。我国金融监管起步晚，发展慢，还处于相对不完善阶段。加强金融监管，防范金融风险，维护金融市场的安全与稳定，是金融行业健康发展对策重要标志。我们应该借鉴金融业发达国家金融监管的经验和教训，逐步改革和完善我国的金融监管体系。本文通过指出金融监管体系的主要内容，分析实行金融监管的必要性，深入探讨目前我国金融监管体系所存在的问题，并针对这些问题研究建立符合我国国情和现代化要求的金融监管体系的完善对策。 关键词：金融监管体系；监管缺陷；监管对策 Abstract Finance is the core of modern economy and the hub operation. And it has an important role in financial and social development of the national economy . With the development of our national economy, the financial market is gradually opening up, Chinas financial supervision system under the market economy tests exposed many problems. Financial supervision of our country starts late, progress is slow, still in the relatively imperfect stage. Strengthen financial supervision, to guard against financial risks, and maintain financial security and stability on the market, is the financial industry health development strategy important sign. We should draw lessons from the financial industry developed country finance supervising and managing experience and lesson, gradual reform and perfect Chinas financial supervision system.
