盐城师范学院毕业设计 盐 城 师 范 学 院 毕业设计 Flash动画《文明旅游》的设计与制作 学生姓名 学 院 信息工程学院 专 业 教育技术学 班 级 12（1） 学 号 指导教师 霞 2016 年 5 月 16 日 Flash动画《文明旅游》的设计与制作 摘 要 经济的发展使得国民出境旅游愈加频繁，但近几年中国游客在国外的部分不文明行为使中国人的形象受损。想要改善这样的现象不单单要靠加强教育和法律约束，更多的要靠自己行为上的约束。本设计主要以Adobe Flash为开发环境，并通过Adobe Photoshop和 Premiere等软件辅助配合，进行剧本和脚本的创作、角色设计、动画制作和后期编辑，以偏向于图形动画的形式进行设计，制作出 “文明旅游”的扁平式动画短片。通过描绘古今人们生活状态对比以及近年来国人出境旅游被曝光的不文明行为及其数据调查报告的视频化科普解说，向观众们展示现今出境游不文明的热点问题。提醒大家用自身的行为做宣传，向不文明的行为宣战，杜绝不文明现象的发生。 【关键词】Flash动画；文明旅游；扁平化；图形动画 全套设计加扣 3012250582The design and production of Flash animation Civilized Tourism Abstract The economic development of the national travel abroad more and more frequent, but Chinese tourists abroad in recent years some uncivilized behavior makes the image of Chinese people.
