计算机科学与工程系毕业设计 (论文) 毕业设计（论文） 楼宇可视对讲防盗系统设计与制作 Building visual intercom security system design and production ： ： ： 电子信息工程 ： 2009-1 ： ： 副教授 ： 2013年05月25日 学生姓名 学生姓名 所学专业 所在班级 指导教师 教师职称 完成时间 计算机科学与工程系 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 21 摘 要 随着房地产业的发展，与之密切关联的楼宇对讲产业也得到了迅速地发展，并为之形成了安防行业，楼宇可视对讲系统就属于安防产品之一。 楼宇可视对讲是一套现代化的小康住宅服务措施，它主要运用于住宅，可以是大面积的住宅小区，也可以是单栋的楼宇住宅。楼宇对讲系统是利用语音技术、视频技术、控制技术和计算机技术实现楼宇内外业主和访客间的语音、视频、对讲和通话的系统，通过扩展可实现信息的发布、家电的控制、安防报警、录音和录像等功能。本次毕业设计主要是运用模拟电子技术、数字电子技术以及EDA技术、传感器等知识来设计楼宇可视对讲系统的基本功能，这些基本功能包括呼叫功能、可视功能、对讲功能、开锁功能以及监视功能等。 这次毕业设计的楼宇对讲系统实现了基本的呼叫、可视、对讲、开锁等功能，通过外围电路的扩展还能实现分机与管理中心管理机的通话、求助等功能以及主机对管理机的呼叫等功能，扩展性较好，还有更广泛的研究空间。 关键词: 楼宇对讲系统 EDA技术 传感器  Abstract With the development of real estate, the building intercom industry has also been a rapid development, and has formed a security industry. Building visual intercom system belongs to one of the security products. Building video intercom is a modern well-off residential service measures, it is mainly used in residential that can be a large area of the residential area and be a single building buildings housing. Building intercom system uses voice technology, video technology, control technology and computer technology to achieve owners and visitors of voice, video, intercom and calls. It can be achieved by extending the release of information, control of home appliances, security alarm, audio and video functions.
