Based on familiarity with the automatic and sorting system, on the basis of the principle of according to the requirement of a sorting, adopts the integration of design, fully consider the characteristics of software and hardware and complementary optimization, This system is given priority to with PLC controller, combined with the sensor technology, pneumatic device and position control technology, and using the ladder diagram programming, implementation of white, blue two kinds of plastic and aluminum piece, a total of 3 kinds of materials automatic sorting. With a high degree of automation, easy to control the characteristics of high precision, stable running, sorting, sorting of different objects, the system can be slightly modified implementation requirements.
