500kV 交流架空线路钢管塔技术经济分析 王 婷 ,杜 俊 华北电力大学经济管理系，河北 保定 07 1003 摘要　钢管塔在大荷载输电线路中体现出了其良 性能和效益，但钢管的使用也存在钢管型材 规格品种有限、价格高等缺点，同时钢管间连接的节点构造复杂，加工生产效率低，因此有必要研 究典型荷载条件下钢管塔的应用。本文针对 500kV 交流输电线路的典型荷载条件开展钢管塔、角 钢塔对比研究，分析 10mm 、15mm 覆冰条件下，随着风速的变化，钢管塔造价变化的主要趋势以 及影响造价变化的关键因素，最后本文假定角钢塔材价格一定的前提下，通过调整钢管塔的价格， 改变钢管塔与角钢塔塔材的价格比例系数 （r ），对钢管塔与角钢塔经济性进行对比分析。 p 关键词：钢管塔；敏感性分析；单因素分析；工程造价 500kV AC Overhead Lines Steel Tube Tower Cost-effectiveness Analysis Wang Ting ,Du Jun School of Business and Administration, North China Electric Power University, Baoding, Hebei 07 1003 Abstract　Steel tube tower in heavy load transmission line shows its effectiveness and good performance, but also has the the disadvantage of Limited variety and high specifications price, at the same time, steel pipe connection j oints construction is complex, production efficiency is low, so it is necessary to study the application of steel tube tower under typical load conditions. To carry out comparative study of angle steel tower, steel tower, this text analysis the main trend of steel tube tower cost changes as well as the key factors of the cost change,considering the 10mm 、15mm icing condition, along with the change of wind speed.
