摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 办公自动化，英文O伍ce Automation，简称OA，是办公信息处理的自动化， 随着信息技术的不断进步，办公自动化系统在技术上和应用上都得到了更高层 次的发展，已成为现代社会信息化发展的重要标志，同时也是高校信息化建设 的重要组成部分，它不仅能改善办公条件与环境，减轻工作人员负担，提高办 公质量和工作效率，而且能加快高校管理工作规范化、科学化、网络化的进程。 在对天津机电职业技术学院办公自动化需求分析的前提下，设计并开发了 基于．NET技术的校园办公自动化系统，该系统是一个基于B／S模式的综合办公 自动化系统，采用三层体系结构，客户端通过浏览器完成系统内部的信息处理 和信息查询，实现信息的共享和交流，为系统扩展提供良好的支持，在技术上 采用了目前流行的ASP．NET技术、AJAX技术和SQL Server数据库技术，该系 统主要设有六大功能模块1人事管理模块、日常办公模块、公有信息模块、文 件管理模块、考勤管理模块、系统管理模块。该系统能满足校领导高效率完成 各项工作的需求，为部门间实现真正的协同工作提供了保证，提高了学院的办 公效率。 关键词 办公自动化三层结构B／S模式．NET AJAX技术 I AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Office automation,OA for short,is the automation of O伍ce information processing．With the constant progress of information technology，office automation system has gained a higher level of development in both technology and application, and has become an important syrnbol of social informatization development； meanwhile，it has also become an important pm 0f inform．ation comtmction at college．It not only can improve the office conditions and environment on campus， reduce the burden of st啦and improve working efficiency,but also Call speed印 normalization,scientific process and information network of campus management． Based on analySis of needs of office automation in Tianjm College of Technology，this paper has designed all campus office automation system based on．NET．It is an integrated system based on B／S mode，adopted the three layer structure，the client just USeS browser to complete the intemal information processing and inquiries，which achieve successfully information sharing and exchanging, provided 900d support for system extension．It has adopted the popular ASP．NET, AJAX and SQL Server database in the technology．It has six major functional modules：personnel management，routine office，public information，file management, attendance management,and system management．The system can meet the demands of college leaders to complete work effectively,guarantee co—work of different departments，improve work efficiency,
