AbstractMobile Abstract Mobile operating system is the system using the mobile terminal to perform field operations．The system is widely applied by asset—intensive enterprises in process industry．The tobacco industry has explored in the application of mobile operating system to some extent，using the mobile terminal with the customized development of mobile operating system to support the daily field operations，however，there still exist some problems in the application，including that the job steps are not sufficiently refined，it fails to achieve real—time synchronization，in job execution the logic of the system is unable to define programs by itself,and it couldn’t effectively analyze problems，etc．To solve the existing problems on field operations in the cigarette logistics system，this paper researches and implements mobile operating system for cigarette logistics systems by information and mobile technologies． This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the mobile operating system，and analyzes in depth the current overseas and domestic research status．Secondly，it introduces development background and basic concepts of mobile operating system software，mobile terminals，RFID technology，NFC technology and Wi-Fi technology．On the above basis，it proposes the design obj ective for the cigarette logistics mobile operating system，further improves the overall structure design of the mobile operating system，and completes system design and selection of each module，combining with the actual needs of cigarette logistics system，with focus on introduction of functions and main components of the management software for the mobile field operations．Then，it shows detailed design of the routing inspection， overhaul，lubrication，maintenance functions for the mobile operating system， configured to implement the centralized control of wireless vibration detection alarms and warning push function for the logistics system．Finally，it demonstrates the specific function of ea
