[摘要]
在当今知识经济时代,人力资源管理越来越成为企业管理的重中之重,而人力资源管理中存在的问题越来越成为许多企业特别是民营企业发展壮大的瓶颈,如:为什么民营企业人才流失严重?怎样完善激励机制来调动员工积极性?怎样进行有效的绩效考核?如何加强对培训工作的管理,以便提高培训实效?等等。本文以M公司为例,通过分析这些在我国民营企业人力资源管理中普遍存在的问题,找出产生这些问题的原因,并提出一系列相应对策。
