On the function, the animation industry is put inside and the antique zone is divided into four regions: 1. clubhouse area 2. creative office area 3. old town commercial area 4. exhibition experience area. Through the partition design, the vitality of Sijing Town is activated and it increases the interactivity of Si jing residents and the local animation industry. In design methods, the design ideas are expressed mainly through architectural space, architectural form, construction materials and building colors these four aspects. A variety of traditional elements are used in modern architecture design , which is mainly expressed by reference of architectural form, architectural details and traditional symbol design. Through the design methods above, the architecture can reflect not only a sense of modern lives but also the traditional features. Keywords: fusion, the transformation, regeneration, skin texture, traditional elements and animation绪论 上海作为举世瞩目的国际化大都市，又借助2010世博盛会的机遇迅速发展，其城市化进程已走在中国最前沿。与此同时，城市化进程也给传统建筑的生存空间带来巨大冲击和威胁。村镇传统建筑所依托的江南水乡环境格局，及其建筑形式、建筑风格、建筑空间、装饰元素等要素，充分体现具有上海地域特色的江南水乡建筑风貌特征，与里弄建筑相比，有着同样重要的历史价值与研究价值。然而，对上海村镇传统建筑的保护再生研究，目前尚未得到广泛的关注和应有的重视。 第一章 阅读地域空间 第一节 泗泾背景概况分
