室外防雨通风铝百叶窗工程 参考规范： 现行国家标准和规范（中国） 美国国际气流控制协会（AMCA 500-L-99） 测试标准： 测试百叶窗之尺寸为1.0米 x 1.0米，在降雨量为每小时120 毫米、百叶窗正面风速为每 秒13 米的模拟降雨测试。 叁、 功能需求 材料规格：CONSEPC RS-2050为水平双折百叶，百叶间距为40毫米。整个系统的深度不超过50毫米，百叶叶片厚度为 1.3mm，边框铝挤型厚度为2.0㎜。双折型，材质均为6063-T5，叶片之凹型槽可接水并导水至两侧落水边框与排水系统相接，以有效阻雨。 通风率： 50 % 水密性能: △P ≥ 150Pa，等级2 (GB/T 7106-2008建筑门窗水密性检测标准)。 阻雨率: 在空气流通速度在每秒0 米至2.5米之间（空气渗透量每秒每平方米0 立方米至2.5 立方米），以及模拟降雨每小时每平方米120.0 公升的情况下，阻雨率大于95.0% ，阻雨等级能达到B级。 等级 防雨率（%） 允许的最大模拟雨水渗透量（L/hr/㎡） A 100 到 99 0.75 B 98.9 到 95 3.75 C 94.9 到 80 15.0 D 80以下 超过15 肆、 外观需求 产品组装后于工厂进行最后涂饰 (粉末烤漆80um以上) ，涂饰后之外露表面 在运送前需用防护被覆； 在完成涂饰过程后外露表面有可见之刮痕或损伤应除去。 伍、 提交 空气流量和防水性能测试报告。 空气流通速度和压力损测试报告 测试结果由权威机构核实。 施工详图 陆、参考制造厂商 (1) 上海康巨 (CONSPEC) Storm Resistant Louver Specification Reference National Standards and Codes of Practice (China) Air Movement and Control Association International, Inc. Performance Requirements General: CONSPEC RS-2050 Double Blades Louver panels shall consist of an extruded aluminum horizontal double blade, fastened and secured by extruded aluminum blade braces. Louvers to be spaced at 40 mm. Total system depth not to exceed 50 mm. Frames and blades to be fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. Blades are 1.3mm min. thickness and frames to be 2.0mm min. thickness. Ventilation rate: 50 %. Waterproof performance: △P ≥ 150Pa，Level 2 (GB/T 7106-2008). Wind Driven Rain: In the case of simulated rainfall of 120L/m2·hr, when the air flow velocity of between 0 to 2.5 m/s (air flow by 0 to 2.5 m3/s), the rain performance effectiveness greater than 95.0%.
