吉林省天然林资源保护工程商品林基地建设的研究-林业工程专业论文.docx

摘 摘 要 商品林建设是实现林业从传统的木材永续利用转向森林的多效益主导 持续利用、从粗放经营向集约经营，提高森林经营效益转变的重要手段。 本论文以林业分工论和木材培育论为基本理论，借鉴国内外先进的商品 林培育、改造及营造技术，结合吉林省商品林建设的自然、资源、林木产品 未来的需求趋势等建设条件，研究吉林省商品林建设的技术手段，同时对商 品林的经营管理及政策提出一些合理的建议。 研究表明，根据吉林省现有的立地、资源、经济等条件，商品林基地建 设采用培育技术最为优越。到建设期末，预计商品林建设项目人工更新造林 面积57427 hm2，商品林经营区有林地面积1 051 075hm2，增长2．9％，森林 覆被率为89．8％，较前期增长3％以上。有林地蓄积将达到1．7亿m3，比初 期净增3529万in3，为现有商品林蓄积的26．33％。 关键词：商品林建设；天然林保护工程；建设规模；培育技术：经营管理 AbstractArea Abstract Area construction for forest products iS the important way to improve forest management benefits from extensive management to intensive management and from wood sustainable utilization to sustainable management of more emciencies for forests． The theory of forestry divided and timber cultivation iS the basic theeries for the research in this paper．According to the advanced technologies of forest cultivation，silviculture and afforeslation in abroad，the technical ways of Area construction for forest products ale studied eombining witll the conditions of forest resources and the future requirement of timber products in Jilin forest aleSs．The several proposals are presented for the management policies of Area construction for forest products as well． The research results show that，according to the conditions of forest resources and economy．cuRivafion techniques is the best way for Area construction for forest products．At the end of the construction，the areas of afforestation with man-made regeneration will be 57427 hm2．the areas witll forests will be 1051075 hm‘and the volumes of the forest areas will be 170 million m3． Keywords：Area construction for forest products；Natural forest conservation program；Construction Scales；Cultivation techniques；Management 吉林省天然林资源保护工程商品林基地建设的研究1．1商品林建设的目的及意义 吉林省天然林资源保护工程商品林基地建设的研究 1．1商品林建设的目的及意义 森林是陆地生态系统的主体、是维护生态平衡的主要因素。然而，在几十年的经 济建设过程中，由于过量的开发利用，森林遭到了严重的破坏，从而导致了大规模的 水土流失，水旱灾害频繁发生，生物多样性锐减，生态失衡，已经给社会和经济发展 带来严重影响，并：对人类的生态环境和国民经济的持续发展构成严重威胁。 我国生态环境恶化已引起广泛的关注，党中央、国务院对此高度重视，从国民经 济和社会可持续发展的战略高度，以对人类和中华民族高度负责的精神，做出了全面 实施天然林资源
