吉林省工业化进程中的利用直接投资研究 吉林省工业化进程中的利用直接投资研究 摘要 21世纪是市场化、经济全球化的时代。在发达国家由高度工业化走向 市场化、全球化的时候，中国的工业化和市场化都还没有形成。如何发挥 后发优势，加快我国的工业化和市场化进程，就成为我们目前的主要任务。 外商直接投资是国际间资本流动和促进经济发展的主要方式，是工业 化的推动力。可以说外商直接投资对我国的经济影响已经渗透到了各个领 域和地区，据统计吉林省2007年实现地区生产总值5226亿元，其中工业 生产总值增幅居全国第二位，规模以上工业总产值为1 395亿元，股份制企 业对吉林省工业增长贡献超过一半，外商及港澳台商投资企业对吉林省工 业增长的贡献率为34．5％。可以说，吉林省工业增长离不开直接投资的作用， 吉林省的工业化进程更需要外商直接投资的推动。 本文主要分析了直接投资及其与工业化的关系，然后通过吉林省利用 直接投资的原因、概况、主要模式及推进作用，分析了吉林省工业化进程 中利用直接投资的现状，最后分析了吉林省工业化进程中利用直接投资存 在的问题，并提出改善吉林省利用直接投资推进工业化进程的对策建议。 关键词：工业化直接投资模式影响 RESEARCH RESEARCH ON FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT oF JILIN’S INDUSTRIALISATION PROCESS AB STRACT 2 1 century is a knowledge and informational century．The developed country go through from deeply industrialization to market and globalism，the industrialization of china have not come into begging．How to use the subsequent—advantage to drive the industrialization and market process of china is going to be our main assignment nOW．In 2007，the Jilin province come true total value of region production 5226 a hundred million，increased 1 6．1％than last year,the industrial amplitude total value of production is the second of our country,the scope industry total value is 1 395 a hundred million．We Can say that，the increase of Jilin industry must be connect with foreign direct investment，the industrialization process need more foreign direct investment． This thesis analyzed the direct investment and its relationship with industrialization；and then through the use of foreign direct investment reasons， overview,representative pattem and impact infection analyzed the process of industrialization of the use of foreign direct investment of Jilin province．Finally, considered the problems of industrialization in foreign direct investment process of Jilin province．And to advised the policy and advices to improve Jilin process industrialization which use of foreign direct investment． KEY WORDS：Industrialization Direct investment Representative pattem Infection II 广西大学学位论文原创性声明和学位论文使
