中文摘要经济全球化和一体化的发展趋势，使得对外开放愈来愈成为一国或地区经济 中文摘要 经济全球化和一体化的发展趋势，使得对外开放愈来愈成为一国或地区经济 发展的重要推动力量。吉林省的经济发展在我国经济建设和发展过程中发挥着重 要的作用，是振兴东北老工业基地的重要组成部分。能否形成具有强大国际竞争 力的产业群是吉林省经济振兴的关键，支柱产业作为一定时期内地区产业体系的 主体，对吉林省经济起支撑作用。本文选择吉林省支柱产业竞争力进行研究，具 有较强的现实意义和实际可操作性。 本文首先在相关理论的基础上，对产业竞争力的内涵进行了界定；然后根据 吉林省经济发展现状，建立了吉林省支柱产业竞争力的评价指标体系，运用层次 分析法评价模型进行实证研究，量化计算出支柱产业竞争力指数，通过分析评价， 客观展现了支柱产业的竞争力状况；最后，从产业发展动力、技术创新、产业组 织、产业结构、知识资源开发、生态环境保护等方面提出提高产业竞争力的对策 和建议。 关于国际竞争力的研究大都侧重于国家或企业的角度。本文从产业的角度， 研究分析吉林省支柱产业的竞争力状况，探索如何在过渡期内提高支柱产业的竞 争力，以便充分占有国内市场，进而为成功进入国际市场打下坚实的基础。本研 究旨在为吉林经济的可持续发展，为区域产业竞争力的研究提供一定的借鉴和参 考。 关键词： 吉林省支柱产业产业竞争力 ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The trend of the world’S economy globalization and integration makes the open-door policy to the West become the motive force ofa country or region economy development．The economic advancement of Jilin plays all important role in the construction and development process of our socialist economy,constituting all essential part of vitalizing Northeasteln tradition industry base as well．It is the first stage tO promote Jilin’s economy whether it can form an industry group with great international competence．Mainstay industry as a main body of regional industry system during a certain period supports Jilin’S economy．Thus，it remains realistic and manipulative for the paper to select the intemational competence of Jilin’S mainstay industry as the research object． First of all，this paper makes the definition for the competence of industry based on the relevent theory．Then it constructes all evaluation index system of the competence of mainstay industry in the light of the status quo of the economic achievments ofJilin，employing AHP method to make all empirical research ofJilin’S mainstay industry，calculating the index ofthecompetence ofJilin’S mainstay industry and exhibiting the competence situation of Jilin’S mainstay industry with that． Finatlythis paper provides relenent proposals and countermeasures from developmental force of industry,technology innovation，industry organi
