I I 中 文 摘 要 随着工业化进程的推进，国民经济中三次产业的结构也在不断演变，第三产 业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要，成为推动经济增长和拉动就业的重要产业。 吉林省是我国的老工业基地，改革开放以来，随着市场化进程和国有企业改革， 工业发展受到了一定的冲击，国企职工大量下岗，也给就业带来了很大压力。那 么吉林省第三产业发展状况如何？第三产业发展对经济增长和就业的影响和关 联怎样？本文依据大量统计数据，利用统计和计量分析方法，对吉林第三产业发 展状况、第三产业发展对经济增长和就业的影响以及第三产业发展的要素影响进 行了系统分析，并提出了促进第三产业发展的对策建议。 全文共分六部分，第一部分引言，介绍了论文的研究背景与意义、研究方法 和基本框架；第二部分第三产业相关理论概述，论述了产业划分理论的形成和发 展，第三产业基本理论以及第三产业在国民经济中的地位和作用；第三部分吉林 省第三产业发展状况，从总量、增长和就业三个方面刻画和描述了吉林省第三产 业发展的特征，并对影响第三产业发展的因素进行了分析；第四部分吉林省第三 产业发展对经济增长及就业的影响与关联，分析了第三产业发展对经济增长和就 业的贡献以及经济增长与就业的关联；第五部分吉林省第三产业生产要素分析， 对吉林省第三产业的投入要素进行了描述分析，并建立了第三产业生产函数方 程，分析了要素弹性；第六部分吉林省第三产业发展的对策及建议，分析了吉林 省第三产业发展中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策建议。 关键词：第三产业 发展水平 就业 关联 要素 II II Abstract With the advance of industrialization, the structure of the national economy in the three industries is evolving, tertiary industry in the national economy more and more important, become a key industry driving economic growth and employment. Jilin Province is Chinas old industrial base, since reform and opening, as the market process and state-owned enterprise reform; industrial development was a certain impact, a large number of laid-off state enterprise workers, brought great pressure on employment. Then what about the development of tertiary industry in Jilin Province in China? How related to economic growth and employment on development of tertiary industry? Based on extensive statistical data, using of analysis method of statistical and econometric, the article carry out a systematic analysis on the development of tertiary industry in Jilin Province, development of tertiary industry to economic growth and employment and the factors affecting the development of tertiary industry etc, and put forward to promote the development of tertiary industry countermeasures.
