长春科技学院 课程论文 PAGE 我国利率市场化问题研究 [摘要] 我国利率市场化问题研究，实质上是关于利率到底是由什么决定的问题、以及在解决这一问题之后如何来推进我国利率市场化的问题研究，这是我们分析的重点。由利率管制逐步实行利率市场化是市场经济国家利率制度的必然演化之路，目前我国的利率市场化已经进入实质性改革的攻坚阶段。如何稳步推进今后的利率市场化改革，本文首先对利率市场化理论的提出做出简要的论述，然后介绍了我国利率市场化的思路与进程，之后对我国利率市场化目前存在的问题作出分析，最后，在此基础上提出了加快我国利率市场化进程的一系列政策建议。 [关键词] 利率市场化 金融改革 政策建议 Research of Interest Rate Marketable in China [Abstract] Studies of interest rate liberalization in China, essentially is about the interest rate is determined by what problem, and after the solve the problem how to promote interest rate marketization in our country studies, this is our analysis of the point. Interest rates by the progressive introduction of interest rate marketization is the interest rate system is the inevitable evolution of the market economy country, at present our countrys market-oriented interest rate reform has entered a substantive stage of storming fortifications. How to steadily push forward market-oriented interest rate reform in the future, this paper presented a brief discussion of marketization of interest rate theory, and then introduces the idea and process of interest rate marketization in our country, the present problems of the interest rate marketization in China after making analysis, and finally, on the basis of this puts forward a series of policy recommendations to accelerate the process of interest rate marketization in our country.
