In the early stage, low er signal in T mi age and intens ity different signals in T , accom anying w ith re 1 2 air, signal intensity increased gradually. The outline form of fem oral head and signal feature in MRI scan can analyze resu lt of Perthes d isease. M eanwh ile, MR I can be used in differential d iagnos is of other hi disease in order to choose reasonable treatm ent.
