Study on Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System of Household Appliance Enterprise—Take GREE ELECTRIC APPLIANCES as an Example Abstract Along with the pace of globalization speeding up, the advantage in low manufacturing cost of domestic Household Appliance Enterprise is fading, whereas the high cost of circulation compared with foreign enterprise largely compresses the profit of domestic Household Appliance Enterprise, which blocks the development of domestic Household Appliance Enterprise. As to the reason of high cost of circulation, it has something to do with the problems in supply chain management, such as the low level of cooperation, blindly price war and so on. In order to solve these problems, it is very necessary to evaluate the performance of supply chain of domestic Household Appliance Enterprise. It can help find and solve the specific problems in every link of the supply chain and eventually improve the operating efficiency and performance of supply chain. In order to better evaluating the performance of supply chain of Household Appliance Enterprise, it is very important to take useful lessons from the study of previous scholar and combine it with the features of Household Appliance Enterprise to structure the frame system of supply chain performance evaluation of Household Appliance Enterprise. Overall, the research method of the thesis is the combination of theoretical research and case study. Considering the inner features and outer competition environment, it uses the Balanced Score Card and other evaluation models to form the supply chain evaluation system of Household Appliance Enterprise to fulfill the supply chain management goals in two aspects—the overall frame and the specific indexes. The system consists of three subsystems and the evaluation objects are the enterprise itself, the supplier and the seller, which can evaluate the supply chain performance from different aspects.
