PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 中小企业员工培训问题与对策探究 摘 要 随着知识经济的来临、中小企业生存环境的恶化及竞争压力的加剧,企业的竞争逐渐表现为人力资源的竞争。员工培训,是人力资本再生产的重要方式。在现代社会,人的素质(知识\才能和健康等)的提高,对社会经济增长所起的作用,比(物质)资本和劳动(指非技术性劳动)的增加所起的作用要大得多,而人的知识才能基本上是投资(特别是教育投资)的产物。中小企业要想增强核心竞争力,必须加强员工培训,不断提高员工综合素质,使其知识技能水平与市场发展最新动态保持一致。研究中小企业员工培训,对于增强中小企业在人力资源方面的核心竞争力,推动中小企业的持续发展,具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文在以河南佰利联化工有限公司为例子的基础上,分析我国中小企业员工培训中出现的普遍性问题,进而有针对性的提出改进好完善的对策,希望能对我国中小企业员工培训的实践和发展提供帮助。 【关键词】中小企业 员工培训 问题与对策 Abstract With the deterioration of the living environment of competition pressure and the coming of knowledge economy, the small and medium-sized enterprise competition, enterprises competition is the competition of the human resources. Staff training, is an important way of human capital reproduction. In modern society, peoples quality (knowledge, ability and health) increased, play in the social and economic growth, than the (material) capital and labor (of unskilled labor) increase played a much more important role, and the knowledge can be basically is the investment (especially is the product of education investment). Small and medium-sized enterprises want to enhance core competitiveness, we must strengthen the employee training, improve the overall quality of the staff, so that the level of knowledge and skills and market development of the latest consistent. Research on the small and medium-sized enterprise staff training, to enhance core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the aspect of human resources, promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises, have important theory and practice significance. Based on the Henan billions Chemicals Co. Ltd. as example, analysis of the common problems of employee training in China small and medium enterprise, and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the improvement of good, hope that the practice and development of our country small and medium-sized enterprise staff training to help. 【Key Words】 Medium-sized and sma
