Methods The lentiviral expression vectors carrying luc2, eGFP and puromycin genes was constructed. BGC-823 -eGFP-luc2 stable strain was screened after BGC-823 cell line was infected by the lentivirus. Then animal models with subcutanious implatation and orthotopic transplantation were established. Results BGC-823-eGFP-luc2 cell stably expressing green fluorescent protein and firefly luciferase was obtained.
