Research Research on the Economic Benefit Appraisal of Construction Land Use in YeHow River Delta Zhang Xiaomei(Management Science and Engineering) DkectM by Prof．Zhang Zaixu Abstract The Yangtze RiverDdta,Pearl River Delta and the Yellow River Delta is the three largest fiver delta of China．The Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta has been completely developed． The development of Yellow River Delta became national strategic development plan in 2009，which marks the last river delta going to be developed in China．The land has always been the basic material of our human survival and development as well as the carrier of social and economic development．With the development and construction ofthe Yellow River Delta,the demand ofland， e叩ecially land for construction，will increase，but the supply of land resources ale limited,it is difficult to meet the demand of the land for construct under the premise of ensudng the amount of cultivated land．Therefore,ir is necessary to research the current land efficiency evaluatiom In this paper,construction land use ofthe YeUow River Delta is evaluated On the economic point． First,the theories and methods relevant to the efficiency evaluation of land is summarized,and current status and trends is comprehensively analyzed,which is based the environment of the Yellow River Delta,the factors that affect the use of construction land is surnmed up．Then，an index system is build up，what can evaluate construction land scientific and feasible which based on the human,financial，and material inputs and economic outputs．Finally,the economic benefit of construction land llse is evaluated with the method ofDES during 2000—2008．Through the analysis ofthe results，lots ofdevices to rise construction land ofthe Yellow River Delta is presented,as well as a theoretical basis ofthe Y甜ow RiVel-Delta’S constructiom Key Words：Yellow River Delta,Construction Land,economy benefit appraisal，Data Envelopment Analysis 关于学位论文的独创性声明本人郑重声明：所呈交的论文是本人在指导教师指导
