广东金融学院 本科毕业论文——美国对华反倾销的原因及对策 PAGE II 广东金融学院 2009-JX16- 黄颖琦 本科毕业论文（设计） 美国对华反倾销的原因及对策 摘 要 2007年12月11日，中国正式加入世界贸易组织六周年。6年来，中国紧紧抓住入世的机遇，大力发展国际贸易，到目前为止，中国已成为世界贸易大国。但是，随着我国经济的持续高速增长,对美国诸国连年贸易顺差,我国出口商品在海外频频遭遇反倾销调查，并且，世界各国对中国的反倾销投诉也此起彼伏，其中，美国是对华实施反倾销调查最多的国家之一，我国已成为反倾销最大的受害国。本文通过对反倾销的概述，分析了我国频遭美国反倾销的原因，并在此基础上提出了一些应对美国对华反倾销的措施，以其促进我国对美贸易的进一步发展。 关键词：反倾销； 现状； 原因； 措施 Abstract The year 2007 marks the sixth year of Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Last 6 years, China has grasped at every opportunity to join in WTO and developped international trade and investment progressively. Until now, China has also become one of the Worlds largest trading country. The nation economy continue to soar, China is running record trade surpluses with America and other countries in its export products,however,many countries take anti-dumping measures to deal with Chinese export porducts, its include America, has taken largest trade action against Chinas export products. China becomes the biggest antidumping lawsuit country. This paper is an analysis of the reason that our country frequently encountered the anti-dumpling from the United States, under the overview of the anti-dumping. And the suggestions of how to deal with the anti-dumpling, therefore promote the further trading development with the United States.
