Mr. Wang Shizhong remains as the executive director of the Company. Mr. Wang Shizhong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board, and there is no matter relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. Mr. Wang Xiuchun (“Mr. Wang”), currently an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as the chairman of the Board with effect from 27 March 2019.
