河南工程学院毕业设计(或论文) PAGE PAGE IV 河南工程学院毕业设计(论文) 题目:轴承套的数控车削加工 学生姓名 系(部) 机械工程系 专 业 指导教师 2008年 摘 要 本文对轴承套零件的数控车削加工进行了较为详细的说明。通过对其进行数控加工工艺分析,即其零件图的工艺分析、定位基准及装夹方式的选择、加工顺序及进给路线的确定、加工刀具的选择和切削用量(背吃刀量、进给量和主轴转速)的确定,采用CKA6150数控车床,使用FANUC 0i-Mate-TC系统并编写了数控加工程序和进行数控加工。结果发现其与普通机床相比,有以下优势: 1.精度高,可实现优质稳定生产。 2.效率高,大大减少了加工过程中的停车次数和停车时间。 3.高柔性,工艺适应性强,只要修改程序或作局部调整,便可实现工艺转换。 4.自动化程度高,不需专用夹具及专用量具。 这表明了运用数控车床加工轴承套零件,提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,在很大程度上弥补了普通机床的不足之处。 关键词: 轴承套 工艺分析 数控车削 Abstract This article has carried on a more detailed showing to the bearing set of components numerical control turning processing.Through carries on the numerical control processing craft analysis to it, namely its detail drawing craft analysis, the localization datum and the attire clamp the way the choice, the processing order and to feed route determination, process the cutting tool the choice and the cutting specifications (back eats knife quantity, to feed quantity and main axle rotational speed) the determination, uses the CKA6150 numerical control lathe, used FANUC the 0i-Mate-TC system and has compiled the numerical control processing procedure and carries on the numerical control processing.The result discovered it compares with the ordinary engine bed, has following superiority: 1. Precisions are high, may realize the high quality stable production. 2. Efficiencies are high, greatly reduced in the processing process parking number of times and the stopped time. 3. High flexibilities, craft compatible, so long as the revision procedure or makes the partial adjustment, then may realize the craft transformation. 4. Automaticities are high, does not need the unit clamp and the special-purpose measuring instrument. This had indicated utilization numerical control lathe processing bearing set of components, improved the product quality, reduced the production cost, has made up the ordinary engine bed deficiency to a great extent.
