The system is DELPHI7.0 prospects for the development tool for SQL server 2000 database development background, the system based on C/S model. The system consists of household information management, property information management, and information management, complaints information management, information management and maintenance repair materials information management, system management module, and its function covering all aspects of residential property management. Guided by the design specification and development of software engineering principles steps, introduced the topic of background, technical detail and line development process, and highlighted the development of the technical difficulties encountered and solutions.
