万方数据 万方数据 关电位 P300 Abstract Objective Discuss the effect of computer-aided cognitive training on cognitive function in patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia (VCIND) and auditory event-related potential P300 . Methods 60 patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia were randomly divided into two groups: training group and control group.Each group have 30 patients. Two groups were given routine drug treatment and the traditional rehabilitation training.At the same time,the training group were given computer-aided cognitive training: 40min/time,1/day,6/week,4weeks of treatment.Respectively, before and after four weeks of treatment,useing mini-mental state examination(MMSE)、the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)、Barthel Index (BI)、Motor evoked potential instrument assessed the cognitive function of the two groups、the ability of daily lif(e P300 . ADL)、 Results Before treatment,the comparison of MoCA、MMSE and BI scores of two groups were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the total MoCA scores、 visual space and executive function、attention、language、delayed memory、MMSE and Barthel Index scores of two groups were increased after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment ,compared with control group , the total MoCA scores、visual space and executive function、attention、language、 delayed memory、MMSE and BI scores of the training group were improved obviously(P< 0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of P300 latency and amplitude of two groups were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,P300 latency of two groups was shorten obviously ( P < 0.05 ) and amplitude was heighten ( P < 0.05 ) . After treatment ,compared with control group ,P300 latency of the training group was shorten and amplitude was heighten.Difference are statistically(P<0.05).
