The manuscript is a record of 103 fungus specimens collected by Kazuo, a son of Uichi, in Toyosaki shrine and its neighboring areas in Osaka. These are rare records of fungi at that time. Also, it is a valuable example of mycological education at that time, which demonstrate how local amateurs like Ooue could study from articles or specimens.
