tow ard plant pathogens The U niform Design was used to optim ize the medium formulation f or ZB- 6 fermentation
in shaking flasksThe identif ied formulation was sugar 4 2 g, beef extract 315 g, bean cake pow der 1101 g,
ammonium nit rate 521 g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 504 g, and potassium dihydrogen phosphat e 2 4 g.
