PAGE PAGE 1 摘要 现在各国工业迅猛发展，钢铁企业是国民经济的主要支柱，它的发展状况很大程度上可以反映出国家的实力。现代钢铁冶金业发展的一个着眼点就是针对钢材的处理速度。矫直机就是其中的一种重要设备。 HYPERLINK /view/1813212.htm \t _blank 矫直机是对金属棒材、管材、线材等进行矫直的设备。矫直机通过矫直辊对棒材等进行挤压使其改变直线度。 我设计的是矫直机矫直辊调整装置设计，本文中对矫直机的设计计算是在对某钢铁集团公司Φ180钢管六辊矫直机矫其直机机组大量调研的背景下进行的。通过对矫直机及相关设备结构进行了深入了解，并从材料力学、动力学和经济学的角度出发，对矫直机的矫直辊的调角装置进行了设计。设计的重点是调整装置及调角装置传动系统设计；难点是上下辊调整装置结构分析。首先，对调角装置进行方案分析，列出三种方案，最后经过对比确定方案，是电动调角装置。调角装置是通过摆线针轮减速器驱动蜗杆轴，由蜗杆的旋转带动涡轮的旋转，最后由涡轮的旋转驱动丝杠的运动。丝杠的运动牵引着下中辊转盘产生转动，从而实现矫直辊的角度调整。然后对主传动轴和调角装置的主传动轴进行设计，最后对轴承，键，等进行选择。 关键词：矫直机；棒材；直线度；调角装置 Abstract The industry of various countries develops rapidly now, the steel, as the main pillar of industry, its development can reflect the national strength to a great extent.
