Pushing system for steel reinforcement cage

Abstract Based on the practice in prefabrication of immersed tunnel segments for the island and tunnel proj ect of Hongkong-
Zhuhai -Macao Bridge, we introduced a system that is used to push the whole steel reinforcement cage, which is mainly
composed of a hydraulic system, lock rail device, guiding device, and a computer-control system. According to the usage on
site, the risk of construction is reduced and the effect of construction efficiency is improved by a series of measures such as
reducing the friction coefficient and reducing oil temperature of the hydraulic system, which may provide references for similar
proj ects.
