The new edited water conservancy records are systematically sorted based on internet public infor- mation resources and traditional document resources. Furthermore, the history, characters and reasons of water conservancy records development in the recent 30 years are analyzed by the application of bibliometric, which describes the track of water conservancy culture inheritance and development.
