磷石膏矿渣制备轻质墙体保温材料 昆明理工大学 杨静 殷霞 蒙茜芳 潘青唤 （昆明理工大学环境科学与工程学院，云南 昆明 650500） 指导教师：马丽萍教授 摘要：以磷石膏为主要原材料，粉煤灰和钢尾渣为辅料，以生石灰为除杂剂和激发剂，以水泥为胶凝材料，加 入水泥发泡剂，制备一种新型保温绿色建材。在对磷石膏在保温墙材料方面的应用进行可行性分析之后，制定配方， X XRD SEM 制备材料样品并进行结构性能测试，同时借助 射线衍射 （ ）和扫描电镜 （ ）对材料进行微观分析，最 终获得生石灰、钢尾渣、水泥发泡剂的种类和最佳掺入量。实验结果表明，钢尾渣选用热闷钢渣，发泡剂选用α- 烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)。加入水泥发泡剂后，能够形成明显的均匀块状胶凝。同时，在磷石膏掺入量为200g，生石 灰掺入量为 15g，其他辅料掺入量为60g 的前提下，当水泥发泡剂掺入量为3g/L 时，所得试样符合相关标准。 Abstract: Taking phosphogypsum as the main raw material, fly ash and steel tailings as auxiliary materials, quicklime as the impurity remover and activator, and cement as cementitious material, adding cement foaming agent to prepare a new type of thermal insulation green building materials. After the feasibility analysis of the application of phosphogypsum in the insulation wall material, the formula was formulated, the material samples were prepared and the structural properties were tested, and the material was microscopically analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Obtained the types of lime, steel tailings, cement blowing agent and the best incorporation. The experimental results show that hot tailing steel slag is used for steel tailings, and alpha-olefin sulfonate (AOS) is used as foaming agent.Adding a cement foaming agent can result in a clear, uniform massive gel.
